A: Each Savamyth artwork is unique, so choosing the right size for you is crucial. We strongly recommend that you carefully review the “Size Guide” on each product page, which provides detailed size charts (usually compared to common items like cans or bananas) and precise measurements (length, diameter, circumference, etc.). Beginners are advised to start with a medium size.
A: We offer various hardness grades (e.g., 003, 005, 008) to meet different sensory preferences. Specific hardness options will be clearly indicated on the product page. Lower numbers represent softer materials, while higher numbers provide more support.
A: Absolutely! We believe art should be unique. We offer a “random surprise” color option and also offer premium customization services. You can select a “custom color” and describe your vision when placing your order (e.g., “deep starry purple with shimmering blue sequins”). Please note that custom orders take longer to produce and are generally not returnable.
A: For your health and the lifespan of the product, please be sure to follow these steps:
Cleaning: Wash with warm water and mild antibacterial soap before and after each use.
Disinfection: Soak in boiling water for 1-2 minutes regularly, or use a special toy disinfectant.
Drying and Storage: After thoroughly drying, store in the dustproof storage bag we provide and keep in a cool dry place. Avoid storing different products in close contact.
A: It depends on the type of product you choose.
For in-stock items: We will complete the inspection and arrange shipment within 1-3 business days.
Customized items: As they are handmade, they require a production and quality control period of 1-3 weeks. We will notify you immediately upon completion and arrange shipment.
A: We partner with reliable international courier services such as DHL, FedEx, etc. Specific shipping options and costs will be clearly displayed at checkout based on your destination address.
A: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a query link. You can use it to track your package’s journey in real time.
A: This is very important: Savamyth does not bear any import duties, taxes or related processing fees. These fees are subject to the laws of the recipient’s country and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We will truthfully declare the contents and value of the goods on the customs declaration in accordance with the law. Please be sure to understand the import regulations in your location before ordering. If the package is detained, returned, or destroyed due to unpaid customs duties, we will not be able to provide a refund or resend the package.
A: Absolutely safe. Your trust is of utmost importance to us. We use SSL encryption to protect all your data transmissions. All orders are shipped in anonymous, unmarked packaging, and the shipping label will not contain any information suggesting the contents. We will never share your personal data with any third party.
A: Due to the handcrafted nature of the product and the uniqueness of the “random surprise” colors, each piece is one-of-a-kind. We strive to reproduce the product in terms of lighting and color, but slight differences may exist in screen display. For custom orders, the final product may differ artistically from the concept description you provided.
A: Our policy is as follows:
Cancellation and Modification: You can contact us to try to cancel or modify your order before it enters the production stage (usually within 24 hours). Customized orders cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed.
Returns: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products. We will only process returns or exchanges if the product arrived unopened with damaged packaging or a manufacturing defect. Please provide relevant photos or video evidence and contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product.
A: We sincerely apologize for this! Savamyth conducts rigorous quality control on every product, but in the unlikely event of an oversight, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receiving the package) via email, providing your order number and clear photos or videos of the problem. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
